All Heat Pumps

I am working on some Heat Pump reviews. There are quite a few models out there. Depending on what your needs are it can be a tough decision. Do you go with a name brand like Carrier or Trane? Perhaps, the service tech has sold you on one of the many second tier models. I plan on outlining the pros and cons of both approaches. Cost is always a factor in choosing a Heat Pump. So is this something you should go cheap on? What about the new federal guidelines on installing new 12 seer units? I hope to answer some of these questions.
